Empire View Condominiums

This project was a complete rehabilitation of an abandoned 12-story apartment house in East Orange, NJ. It consists of 142 units, with outdoor terraces included on the 11th and 12th floor penthouse apartments. With a total of 148,000 sq. ft. of renovation, it took 15 months to complete. We provided an added outdoor parking level, a fitness gym in the basement, a central waste chute, and a compactor for complete and condensed waste management. For the indoor area, we designed a beautiful main lobby that sets the tone for the future tenant. Each apartment includes a laundry closet, water heater, and hardwood floors.
