Commercial and Recreational Facility Architecture in New Jersey

Commercial Research

New research and development facilities were planned for our New Jersey-based client. It consisted of 10,000 sq. ft. of new office space, better site access, and storage space. We upgraded the overall campus to a corporate feel while implementing low-cost construction using simple materials.

YMCA Pool Addition

The YMCA came to us asking for a new instructional pool, but the issue was that they could not increase their footprint by more than 1,300 sq. ft. We understood the regulations set by the client, and we complied with their wishes. This indoor pool area consists of numerous windows that allow a bit of sun to come in. Natural light plays a vital role in one’s health and physical well-being.

YMCA Multi-Purpose Building

We designed a new multi-purpose wing with three stories. In this 1,300 sq.ft. area, we provided an exercise and instructional space. We also redesigned 3,000 sq. ft. of the existing interior site to house the new pool and add some office space.

Cooks and Crafts Retail

Working with retail spaces has always been one of our specialty disciplines. Here is an area that we provided for a hands-on approach to introducing children to cooking and crafts. This space is located in the 20,000 sq. ft. retail center we designed on Route 206 in Flanders, NJ.

Hospital Commercial Office Space

We have provided a new two-story, 30,000 sq. ft. office and instructional space for the Hackettstown Regional Medical Center on their present campus. The building is surrounded by greenery, which adds beauty and elegance to it.

Liberty Square Retail Center

We began planning the design of this new retail center in the fall of 2014. It provided approximately 45,000 sq. ft. of rental and office space, thus allowing many retailers to operate.
