Empire View Renovation

The Empire View apartment building contains 142 units and a total of 148,000 sq. ft. of office space. We provided a design that allowed the 12-story building to be renovated in record time and transformed spaces into beautiful areas for new tenants.

County Health Department

Turning an old three-story stone building into the new Warren County Health Department was a unique challenge that gave the county 10,000 sq. ft. of new office space. This allowed them to not pay rental fees for offices.

North East Branch Library Renovation

This is the renovation of an existing farm and fruit stand part of the new Branch Library in Warren County. The existing timber frame structure allowed for a unique solution to the spatial needs of the County.

New Jersey Monthly Magazine Offices

The renovation of the New Jersey Monthly Magazine offices back in 2000 allowed us an opportunity to design or build the new offices. Working in the three-story building each day while the building was occupied was a challenge. This was our first project where we provided the hand-cut trim work for the corporate offices we designed.

A New Look – Residence

The renovated residence in Blairstown, NJ, was special because of the focus the owner had on the final design. While keeping with the existing stonework foundation, the new structure was designed to take advantage of the lake view and provide a summer cottage that would later become a full-time residence for the owners. Bensonwood Inc. performed the component construction.
