Bergenfield Job

This is a four-story apartment building containing 64 units, a studio, and one- and two-bedroom apartments. We designed the structure to obtain the maximum possible square footage on a small lot while accommodating the owner’s budget.

Empire View

This is a complete rehabilitation of an abandoned 12-story apartment house in East Orange, NJ. It consists of 142 units, and the 11th – and 12th -floor penthouse apartments have outdoor terrace areas. A total of 148,000 sq. ft. of renovation took 15 months to complete due to our sequence of design methods.

We provided an added outdoor parking level, a fitness gym in the basement, a central waste chute, and a compactor for complete condensed waste management. For the indoor area, we designed a beautiful main lobby that sets the tone for the future tenant. Each apartment consists of a laundry closet, water heater, and hardwood floors.

New Personal Residences

Personal residences are detailed completely to fulfill the owner’s needs. No matter how big or small the house is, we provide the same unique service to all our clients. Our office was in charge of overseeing the construction of this residence and gave the owner a turn-key house in 11 ½ months. We managed to build this house at a square foot cost under industry averages with specifically requested details.

Senior Housing – Blairstown NJ

We have been in the ongoing process of finding investors to provide the town of Blairstown with a unique Senior Living Campus. With our “back to classic looks” for the facades of the homes, we are providing seniors with a traditional housing look at below current construction costs to allow them a peaceful place to live.
