Research and Development Facility

This new research and development facility was planned for our NJ-based client. We provided 10,000 sq. ft. of new office space, better site access, additional storage space, and worked to upgrade the campus to a more corporate design. We met our clients’ needs by ensuring low-cost construction using simple materials while still providing a true design and build process.
