The YMCA approached us asking for a new pool, however one design challenge was that the new footprint could not exceed 1,300 sq. ft. We were excited to work on a solution with the best possible design that not only met their needs, but also worked within this requirement.

Our team came up with a design that includes a new 3-story, multi-purpose wing that provides exercise space, a weight room, and instructional space all within the required 1,300 sq. ft. footprint. We also redesigned 3,000 sq. ft. of the existing interior to house a new pool and office space.

We are proud to have accomplished this work and help the YMCA to not only fulfill their requests, but also more importantly, to help them meet the needs of the community.
